Very courteous, very kind he was upfront and honest with me about the cost. They did not over charge me at all and if something did come up with more things needing to fixed, he would call me first before doing anything, but nothing happened so were good. The staff was helpful. This is a small shop if I went in there and they we're not working on a car at that time they would get me in right then.
